In 2007, Dave and Marge Randles built “the Cheese House” to process milk into yogurt, buttermilk and cheese. The processing facility is located on the family dairy farmstead of 225 acres, that’s been in operation since 1860. We’re located in Argyle, NY, about an hour north of Albany along the Vermont border.

Uncle Pat’s General Store offers a variety of extraordinary Adirondack farm products produced on the Imbimbo Family Farm located in the Southern Adirondack Mountains in the Great Northern New York Territory. Our main products are Maple Syrup, Raw Honey, and Hand-Made Artisan Soaps.
